Eric Forshee brings 40 years of commercial real estate experience, including roles such as National Director of Business Development for NGKF, Regional Director and Interim President of Property Management for Grubb & Ellis, Director of Construction and Regional Market Leader for Trammell Crow Companies, and Regional Asset Manager for BH Properties. He has successfully managed 33 national markets and negotiated over $100 million worth of commercial leases and investment sales.

Chuck Sennett

Chuck Sennett represents buyers, sellers, and business owners in commercial and residential real estate throughout the Phoenix area. Since entering real estate in 2019, he has built his practice around knowledgeable guidance, collaborative service, and negotiating on his clients’ behalf.
Chuck works alongside Eric Forshee through Probus Commercial Real Estate. Together, they are founding members of The Brokery’s Commercial Real Estate Division, where they also help agents develop their commercial real estate skills.
His earlier career in casino management and professional poker provides an additional perspective on evaluating risk, making decisions, and understanding people.
